You can organise this cover online, immediately — As the level of cover and price are fixed, Rental Protection Plus Advantage can be applied for online, without the need for a quote.

As the real estate agent all you need do before submitting this form is ensure you have obtained a signed Rental Protection Plus Advantage application form from the landlord.

Make sure you have the landlord read the 'Important Notices' on the back of the application form and give them access to Aon's Financial Services Guide (FSG) and landlord insurance product disclosure statement (to be provided).

By doing this you will help protect yourself, us and the property owner.

Once cover has been accepted you will receive automatic email confirmation from the insurer.

Also, don’t forget to include your agent member number in the member number field on the application, as this allows us to credit this application to you and remit commission (if agreed to do so in our Agreement with you).
