Payments to Aon Personal Insurance
Online
You can now pay Aon Personal Insurance premiums online
through Australia Post Billpay. You will need to quote the
Post Billpay Code and Reference shown in the ' How
to Pay ' section of the Aon Personal Insurance
policy schedule.
Payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard -
or once registered*, by savings or cheque account.

*You only need to register online once
with Post Billpay to be able to pay any Aon Personal Insurance
invoice.
By Phone
Pay by credit card or direct debit from your nominated
bank, building society or credit union account. Choose to
pay by the month or all at once. Simply call 1800
105 900 (8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday).
In Person
Present the policy schedule to pay at any branch of Aon,
ANZ or Australia Post Office to pay by cash, cheque, EFTPOS
, Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard.
By Mail
Tear off the remittance slip (found at the bottom of each
invoice) and send with a cheque made payable to 'CGU Insurance'
to:

By following the guidelines above you can be sure of fast
and efficient payment processing by Aon Personal Insurance.
For policies that are not insured through Aon Personal Insurance
– it’s business as usual for you.
Payment terms
- All Aon Personal Insurance documentation is required to
be sent on to the client.
- Payment of premium is to be made prior to the expiry date
of the policy or within 30 days from receipt of the invoice
for new business and alterations.
- Reminder notices are issued for payment 14 days after
the expiry date (or date of the notice for new business
invoices and alteration invoices), therefore please ensure
that premium payments are made as soon as possible after
receipt of the Aon Personal Insurance invoice.
